UDHAMPUR: NSS units of Govt Degree College, Udhampur in collaboration with ‘Gandhi Global Family’ organised an inter collegiate symposium on the topic ‘Truth and Non-violence’ here today.
Principal of the College, Prof S.S Bhalwal was Chief Guest on the occasion who in his address advised the students to propagate the message of ‘Truth and Non-violence’ in the society .
The speakers spoke in detail about the relevance of ‘Truth and Non-violence’ in the present scenario. Coordinator, Gandhi Global family Udhampur Dr Virkam Gulati, also expressed his views on the occasion.
Shavina Akhter of GDC Udhampur, Parul Oberoi, GCW Udhampur and Yash Paul of GDC Ramnagar were adjudged first, second and third respectively.
Project Officer DRDA Dr. Jagdish Mehra, Executive Engineer PHE Rajesh Gupta faculty members and students in large number were also present on the occasion.
