Indian Army organised Yoga along Pir Panjal in Kishtwar

People in the remote parts of Kishtwar district alongwith the Indian Army practiced Yoga with zeal and enthusiasm. During the event, Yoga sessions were organised at Sinthan Maidan, Navapachchi, Chas, Mughal Maidan and Chhatroo areas along Pir Panjal Mountains in which 750 local people were made aware of the benefits of Yoga and meditation. It was also urged to follow it as a routine activity so as to lead a healthy and happy life.
People performed various Asanas, Pranayam and Meditation during the Yoga sessions. Indian Army has been playing a key role in spreading awareness on Yoga as also conduct of Yoga sessions in remote areas thus promoting a healthy habit among people. The same has been appreciated by all.
