Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s statement at the launch of the ‘Make in India’ campaign at Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi, on 25th September clearly indicated his keen interest in ensuring rapid economic growth. His plan is to attract foreign investments and convince global manufacturers to set up shop in India.
As Modi himself said, he is interested in ‘FDI’, which stands for ‘First Develop India’. A growing manufacturing sector will also bring many job opportunities for the youth, resulting in an increase in their purchasing power. Our nation has done well to elect Modi as the Prime Minister, because he is a truly visionary leader.
