UDHAMPUR: Youth leader and INTUC Provincial Secretary Sumit Magotra along with the party workers on Saturday staged a protest against the State and Central Govt led by BJP for increasing the petrol and diesel prizes .
Protesters tied their motorcycles with long ropes to express resentment against the petrol hike and raised slogans against Govt.
While addressing the protesters, Sumit said that this Govt is crushing the poor by increasing petrol, diesel prices which are increasing after a span of every short interval.
While hitting at Modi Govt, he said that just to benefit the big companies Central Govt is doing this, which is anti people.
Terming BJP’s slogan ‘Ache Din Anay Wale hain’ hollow, he said that Govt has failed in all aspects and people are now seeing the real face of BJP.
Raghiber Singh, Ashok Sharma, Sham Bansal, Rishiv Gupta, Titu Pandit, Jeevan, Pawan Singh, Manshu, Subash, Arun Verma, Meenu Sharma, , Anil Raina and Kaka were present on the occasion.
