SRINAGAR: IASOWA (IAS Officers Wives Association) J&K under the guidance of its President Dr. Amita Mehta, wife of Chief Secretary J&K, donated 25 blankets to the needy patients at Akhnoor Sub- District Hospital on Thursday.
The three member team of IASOWA J&K were represented by Shveta Kansal, Anuradha Jangid and Divya Yadav.
The visiting members handed over 25 blankets to BMO Akhnoor in presence of Sub Divisional Magistrate for the welfare of needy patients.
BMO Akhnoor briefed the members about infrastructure, staff position, daily patient footfall and other functions of the hospital. Staff, attendants and patients present on occasion appreciated this goodwill gesture by the IAS Officers Wives Association.
