Human Rights Watch condemns Pak for border firing

MENDHAR : Jammu and Kashmir Human Rights Watch today condemned the violation of ceasefire by Pakistan which has lead to migration of thousands of people living on the International Border and LoC.
J and K Human Rights Watch Provincial President Mohammad Rafiq Thakkar addressing a meeting flayed Pakistan for its ulterior motives that have led to escalation along the entire border belt of J and K.
He also discussed the miseries of flood ridden people and lauded the efforts made by Indian Army to provide respite to the affected population.
