KISHTWAR: A mysterious fire has gutted a residential house at village Dunadi area of Drabshalla in Distt Kishtwar late last night.
According to reports, fire broke out in a residential house of Sadiq Hussain resident of Village Dunadi of Tehsil Drabshalla, Distt Kishtwar in which household items kept in the room and kitchen got totally damaged as fire engulfed whole house within no time.
Immediately on receipt of information the police and fire tenders team reached the spot and started the operation to douse the fire, which was spreading very rapidly as the houses was mostly made of dry cedar and pine wood.
After hectic efforts, the fire was brought under control but till then the house was turned into ashes.
No injury or casualty has been reported in the incident, while the exact loss could not be ascertained yet.
Police has taken cognizance of the fire incident and started investigation.
