JAMMU: The Department of Horticulture Jammu showcased a wide range of fruits at its stall put up at the annual Jhiri Mela, which was inaugurated on Tuesday by Lieutenant Governor of Jammu & Kashmir.
The stalls exhibited fruits and value-added products from across various districts of the Jammu Province, highlighting the diversity and potential of the region’s horticultural produce.
Director Horticulture Jammu, Gul Syed was present on the occasion along with Rakesh Kotwal (Chief Horticulture Officer Jammu), Sanjeev Karlupia (Chief Canning Officer Jammu), Sushil Angurana (Chief Horticulture Officer Rajouri), Randhir Singh Parihar (Horticulture Information & Publicity Officer Jammu), DLSMS Jammu Province, MCC Jammu, MCC Reasi, MCC Rajouri and Horticulture Development Officers of Jammu Province.
