JAMMU: Justice Rahul Bharti, Judge High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, Jammu has stayed the suspension order along with departmental proceedings against Jasvinder Singh Dua, MD, J&K Handicrafts Corporation
Justice Rahul Bharti after hearing senior advocate Abhinav Sharma along with advocate Abhimanyu Sharma for the petitioner in the case of WP (C) No 81/2023 and CM No 193/2023 issued directions for issuing notice to the respondents and listed the case for hearing on March 10, 2023.
Meanwhile, the High Court has also issued directions that the suspension order No 271-JK(GAD) of 2020 dated 20-2-2020 of the petitioner along with the departmental proceedings pursuant to Memorandum No IMD/SICOP/412018-51DATED 20-4-2020 against the petitioner Jasvinder Singh Dua, MD, J&K Handicrafts Corporation shall remain stayed till next date of hearing.
