High air fare: DB grants two weeks time to file reply

JAMMU: In Public interest litigation (PIL) filed by former President of Chamber of Commerce and Industries Y.V Sharma highlighting high air fare charged by airlines from Jammu to other destinations.
The Public interest litigation has sought cap on air fare and make airlines accountable for the delay of flights from Jammu.
A Division Bench of State High Court Comprising Chief Justice N Paul Vasanthakumar and Justice BS walia after hearing Adv Meenakshi Salathia for the PIL whereas Sindu Sharma ASGI for the Union of India and Advocate Inderjeet Gupta appearing for the Air Companies, granted two weeks time to file objections.
