JAMMU: In quick response to the unprecedented emergency situation arising out of heavy rains, devastating floods and disrupted trains schedule, a dedicated help desk has been established at Railway Station Jammu Tawi which is staffed by officers of Railways, civil administration and Officers of Railway Police (GRP) Jammu.
