If we are healthy then we are also an ordinary citizen of India. If we are unhealthy then we are also poor, unfit and neglected. The progress of any country, caste, society and community is possible only when they are healthy and energetic. If we look at the history of the world and study which country has been progressive, prosperous, civilized and cultured, then it will become clear that any country can be great only when its citizens remain healthy. In fact, a healthy person or society is aware and useful. It is not only that air and water pollution has made life hell, there are many other reasons as well. Maintaining cleanliness is everyone’s duty. Also emphasize on balanced diet. Do not eat fried and loose items from the market. Do not take cut vegetables or fruits. Don’t eat the same type of food every day. By doing so, less juice is produced to digest food. Therefore, alternately use pulses, porridge, green vegetables, fruits, milk-curd, butter, buttermilk, sugar etc. Be sure to eat seasonal fruits.
