Health services paralysed as workers’ protest enters day 30

JAMMU: Health services at various government hospitals were remain paralysed due to the ongoing strike of the Female Multi Purpose Health Workers (FMPHWs) which entered in the 30th consecutive day here on Monday.
Various government hospitals including Gandhi Nagar, Sarwal, LRPU Gangyal and other major/minor health institutions in the division remained paralyzed. While addressing the protesting FMPHWs here at Madam Shashi Bala Memorial Park, DHS Complex Jammu, Sushil Sudan assured that JKMEF and all the affiliated associations of Health Department would fight for the cause of FMPHWs till achieving any concrete goal.
Others who joined the present include Neelam Kumari Secretary General, Pawan Jamwal, Jarnail Choudhary, Ch. Aslam Bhai, Shafqat Hussain, Bharat bhushan, Parfullat Singh, Harpal Singh, Jaswinder Singh, Kulraj Bittu, Anoop Singh, Yougal Bakshi, Rekha Rani and Soma Devi.
