JAMMU: Justice Tashi Rabstan ordered that subject to objections from other side and till next date before the Bench, operation of impugned order NO 12-B and F of 2013 dated 23rd July, 2013 passed by Registrar Cooperative Societies shall stay.
In a petition filed by Chairman Citizen Cooperative Bank Dinesh Gupta and Other seeking quashment of the order No 12-B&F of 2013 dated 23rd July, 2013 passed by Registrar Cooperative Societies whereby Registrar Cooperative Societies appointed Vikas Verma District Audit Officer Cooperative Societies Jammu as Inquiry Officer to conduct an enquiry into the complaint sent by Minister of Cooperative J and K, Justice Tashi Rabstan of J and K High Court Jammu Wing after hearing Adv Abhinav Sharma appearing for the petitioner issued notice to Commissioner/Secretary Cooperative Dept, Registrar Cooperative Societies J and K, Inquiry Officer and Manohar Lal Sharma Minister for Cooperative returnable within four weeks.
