JAMMU: In a petition filed by Bench Secretaries of Judges of High Court seeking direction for framing of their service rules, enhancement of salaries as per the resolution of the Apex Court adopted in the Chief Justice Conference in the year 2002 including grant of benefit of SRO 386 and creation of few additional posts, Justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur of J and K High Court at its Jammu Wing after hearing Joginder Singh petitioner in person, granted four weeks time to respondents for filling response.
