JAMMU: In an administrative decision aimed at ensuring uninterrupted judicial functioning, the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh has assigned the additional charge of the Court of Munsiff/ Additional Special Mobile Magistrate, Bandipora, to Munsiff, Gurez. As per the order issued by Registrar General of the High Court, Munsiff of Gurez has been directed to hold Court at Bandipora for three days a week. To streamline judicial operations at both stations, the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Bandipora, has been entrusted with formulating mode and manner of functioning.
