SRINAGAR: Seven-year-old Bandipora boy would represent India at the Asian Youth Karate Championship being held in New Delhi from 28th-30th November, 2016.
Hashim Mansoor, son of Mansoor Ahmad Shah, resident of Nadihal village in north Kashmir’s Bandipora District is representing India in Sub-Junior category in the championship being held at Talkatora stadium in the capital city.
A total of 19 countries are participating in the championship which is being organised by All India Youth Karate Federation.
Tajamul Islam, who also hails from Bandipora District, has brought laurels to the State by winning International Kickboxing Championship in Italy.
