JAMMU : On the occasion of Hanuman Jayanti a car and bike rally was taken out from Shaktisthal which culminated in Ranbireshwar Mandir after taking the round of whole Jammu city on Friday.
After performing the formal Pooja Archna of Bajrang Bali Shri Hanuman Ji, Mahant Shri Rameshwar Dass Ji , Working President of Vishav Hindu Parishad (VHP) Suresh Chander, Provincial President Dr. Sham Lal Gupta, Rajesh Gupta, Shakti Datt Sharma, Bal Krishan Gupta, Ashok Gupta, Raj Kumar Banathia and Provincial Co-organiser of Bajrang Dal Rakesh Sharma flagged off the rally.
Earlier Mahant Rameshwar Dass Ji while addressing the participants of the rally said that the Bajrang Dal Organisation is derived from ‘Bajrangbali’ who rendered his services to Shri Ram Chander Ji and other Sadhu Samaj. He said that similarly Bajrang Dal is also working for the National security like protecting it from infiltration, religious conversion, Gao Raksha and protection of Hindu religious places.
While extending greetings on Hanuman Jayanti BJP Vice President Yudhvir Sethi said that the day is celebrated across the region with religious fervour and devotion to the most dedicated devotee of lord Rama. He said the Jayanti marks the pious and unending devotion of Shree Hanuman Ji and inspire all to follow the path of righteousness and devotion to the almighty.
The rally which started from Shaktisthal, passed through various places where it was accorded warm reception. The rally reached Ranbireshwar Mandir where after puja and prayer, -prasad was distributed.
