RAJOURI: Haicans Volleyball Club and Dodaj (Darhal) Volleyball Club on Thursday qualified for the final of the ongoing District Rajouri Volleyball Championship at Government High School Palma, here.
Earlier, in the semifiinals, decided today, Haricans defeated Darhal Club in straight sets of 25-22, 25-15 while Dodaj trounced Choudhary Club in straight but close sets 25-23, 25-22.
In today’s semifinals, retired District officer (DYSS), Alhaj Sikander Parvaiz was the Special Guest, who interacted with the semifinalist teams. Also present were Wali Mohd (ZPEO) and Mohd Tariq, Incharge Rajouri District Volleyball Association.
The technical panel in today’s matches comprised of Khalid Hussain, Jamil Ahmed, Sidarat Hussain, Kabir Hussain, Ayaz Ahmed, Maish Khajuria and Sajad Hussain.
