KATHUA: Anjali Jasrotia, daughter of Sanjeev Singh, a student of class 8th from Spring Dales English School, Kathua has been declared a winner in the Guru Utsav Essay Writing Competition organised by the Ministry of Human Resources Development, Government of India on Teachers’ Day. She was awarded a cash prize of Rs 5,000 as communicated by Joint Director CBSE New Delhi.
