NOWSHERA : Parkash Utsav of Sahib-e-Kamal Guru Gobind Singh Ji was celebrated in different Gurdwaras of Sub District Nowshera but the main function was held in Gurdwara Chhati Patshahi, Nowshera in which thousands of people from all walks of life participated.
Raagi Jatha of Kewal Singh from Amritsar recited Gurbani Kirtan which made the people spell bound. District President Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee Principal Ragubir Singh threw light on the life and sacrifices of Guru Gobind Singh Ji which he made for the cause of nation and mankind.
Newly elected MLA Ravinder Raina also spoke on the occasion and said that the country as a whole is indebited to the contributions of Guru Gobind Singh Ji. Prominent among others who spoke include Ravinder Singh, Isher Singh and Baljeet Singh.
Guru ka Langar was served to the Sangat in the end.
