JAMMU: Showing act of honesty, Government Railway Police (GRP) on Thursday restored a bag to its actual owner which was left by some Shri Mata Vaishno Devi bound Yatri.
On the directions of SP Railways Jammu, Suram Singh, the said bag was got deposited at PP GRP West and the actual owner was traced as Deepak Kumar Singh son of Arjun Parshad Singh resident of Munshi Bazar, Asansol West Bengal (713301). The bag was containing some valuables and cash amounting to Rs. 3,950 which was handed over to the owner by SI Jagjeet Singh I/c Police Post East under proper receipt.
