Grenade hurled at police vehicle in Parimpora

Srinagar: Just days after the Pampore terror attack in which three soldiers lost their lives, suspected terrorists on Wednesday hurled a grenade at a police vehicle in Srinagar.
The attack took place in Shalteng area of Parimpora on Wednesday. However, there was no report of any casualty.
The security forces launched a search operation in the area after the attack.
The attack on the police party comes five days after terrorists attacked an Army convoy at Pampore in Pulwama district of Srinagar-Jammu National Highway. Two soldiers were also injured in the attack that took place at the place crowded with civilians at Kadlabal in Pampore town.
