Grand finale of ‘Kids of the Year’ postponed

JAMMU: Shree Ganesh Entertainments on Saturday paid rich tributes to former Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed, who passed away on Thursday morning after a brief illness at AIIMS Delhi and postponed its upcoming event Grand Finale for Kids of the year till 17th January as mark of respect to departure soul.
A condolence meeting of Shree Ganesh Entertainments was held here under the chairmanship of its Managing Director, Vineet Karihullo. Vineet said that Mufti was visionary leader and always fought for peace and prosperity in the State of Jammu and Kashmir.
He added his death is an irreparable loss to the people of country and particularly residents of Jammu and Kashmir, so we feel that its not appropriate time to hold the event on 10th January, when whole State is in shock due to demise of former Chief Minister.
He further said as per new scheduled grand-finale of ‘Kids of the year 15-16 Jounior’s Fashion Show’ will be held on 17th January at Auditorium of Government College for Women Gandhi Nagar, Jammu from 1:00 PM.
He said that the participants and their parents were communicated about new scheduled to avoid any mismanagement.
Earlier, the team members of Shree Ganesh Entertainments observed two minutes silence and prayed for departure soul.
