Premature retirement of Jawahar Hussain Bhat Gardener under suspension in terms of Article 226 (2) of the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Service Regulations 1956.

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 226(2) of the Jammu & Kashmir Civil Services Regulations, 1956, Jawahar Hussain Bhat, Gardener (under suspension), shall retire from service w.e.f. forenoon of 25.07.2023. Further, it is ordered that pay and allowances equivalent to three (03) months in lieu of notice period would be paid to Jawahar Hussain Bhat, Gardener (under suspension), read complete order below.
