Govt failed to mitigate sufferings of masses: JTC

JAMMU: Jagti Tenement Committee and Soan Kashmir Front (JTC and SKF) J and K criticised the State Coalition Government saying it has failed on all fronts to mitigate the sufferings of the general masses
In the meeting held here on Monday, Shadi Lal Pandita, President JTC and SKF said that assurances have been given by the PDP and BJP for rehabilitation of the Kashmiri Pandit Migrant community in Kashmir Valley but all have proved wrong as no townships has been raised in Kashmir Valley for rehabilitation of this displaced community.
Pandita said that the government is deliberately delaying the implementation of the Prime Ministers Employment Package announced long back in 2008.
Pandita demanded that three satellite townships should be raised in Kashmir Valley at safe places near Srinagar city for ensuring rehabilitation of Kashmir Pandit Migrant community permanently.
Pandit demanded that dead body of the police constable Sameer Bhat needs to be restored to the family members besides sanctioning due compensation and employment to one of the kith and kin of deceased.
