KATHUA: Amar Nath Thakur Provincial President Incharge School Education Officers/Lecturers Forum Province Jammu in a memorandum has urged Governor N.N Vohra to issue regularisation orders of all Incharge School Educatio Officers working since 2001 to 2015.
In a press release Thakur said that all incharge school education officers, i.e Jt. Directors, CEOs, Principals, ZEOs, Lecturers and Headmasters have not been regularised since long as per of SRO166 GAD of 2003 and SRO 481 Edu of 2010 Dt.30th Dec 2010, that ZEOs, since 2001-02, Principals since 2007, Lecturers and Headmaster since 2011 have not been regularized which is violation of already issued SRO’s, the APRs and service data have been submitted to the directorates of Jammu and Kashmir for consolidation and submission to administration department and nearly 3,000 thousand incharge officers of School Education Department are not regularized and some have retired and died without then regularization which is a great injustice and violation of rules.
