GOOL: As part of Police Flag Day celebrations, on the directions of SSP Ramban Haseeb Ur Rahman, Gool Police organised a Cultural programme and Mushaira in memory of Police martyrs at Employees Hostel Gool.
A number of singers, artists and poets participated in the cultural programme.
SDM Gool Gias Ul Haq was the Chief Guest while SDPO Gool Pardeep Kumar alongwith SHO Gool Insptr Muneer Ahmed were the Guest of Honour The programme was witnessed by PRI representatives, Civil Society members and Respectable citizens from the Gool and adjoining areas. SDM Gool highlighted the important role which Cultural activities play in our lives and exhorted Youth to participate in such activities.Speaking at last SDPO Gool remembered the Courage and Valour of our brave Martyrs who have laid their lives for the unity and integrity of the Nation as well as in protecting the life and property of the people. At the end of the cultural programme, SDM Gool and SDPO Gool alongwith SHO Gool distributed Trophies among various participants. SDPO Gool also thanked the artists, media persons and the people who joined and made the programme successful.
