JAMMU: Gold’s Gym Jammu is to launch ‘Gold’s Summer Fest’, a fitness fest for youngsters, for which the registration shall open from 16th May 2016 onwards.
This was stated by Directors of the Gym, Chitvan Wazir and Gininder Wazir in a press conference, here on Saturday.
Introducing this goodwill initiative, Chitvan and Guninder said that the spirit behind this project is to spread awareness among the young generation about the importance of health and fitness in their daily routine.
“To promote the goal of health and fitness, this initiative has been kept free of charge,” they said adding that this will be a two week long programme catering to only 50 students of the age group between 13-18 years on first come first serve basis.
“There shall be a host of activities held during this fest which shall include Kick Boxing, Aerobics, Yoga, Zumba , Circuit Training, Functional Training, Bhangra, Nutritional counselling and Self Defence classes,” they informed.
Besides all these activities, an exclusive interactive session with Mr. J&K shall also be organised.
