JAMMU: National Cricket Club (NCC) on Saturday registered a 82-runs win against Shehanshah Club in the Salute and Tribute to Saichen Martyrs’ Twenty20 Cricket Tournament being organised by Parade Sports Club at Parade Ground, here. Gokul played superb innings of 53 runs coming off 37 deliveries. Earlier, batting first NCC set a target of 169 runs losing six wickets. Vijay Dogra played unbeaten innings of 23. Inderjeet Singh (23)and Manish Dogra (21) were other main contributors.
For Shehanshah Club, Titas took three wickets. Batting second, Shehanshah Club made 86 for six in given overs. Shafiq and Nitin were main scorers with 21 and 18 runs respectively. For NCC, Mayank Gautam and Shiv Dutt took two wickets each while Pranav Mahajan and Vijay Dogra shared apiece each.
