Global Helping Hand organises ‘Save Liver Save Life’

JAMMU: In continuation with mission for eradication of Liver related diseases & Liver Cirrhosis, a programme on ‘Save Liver Save Life’ was launched by Global Helping Hand under mission ‘Aarogyaka Abhishak’. This event was organised in commemoration of 400th birth anniversary of Mata Shree Roop Bhawani. This programme was launched by Anil Bhat, Bureau Chief, PTI.
Speaking on the occasion, Anil Bhat said that Liver is the second largest and important organ of body, which protects heart and kidney & is the only organ in the body which can regenerate. Initiator and Director Dr K K Kitchlu said that these days, liver disorders are present everywhere and the only way, we can save ourselves, is through awareness. He asserted that substances that cause liver disorder are very common and our negligence adds to problems.
Col G K Rania, Patron GHH and President all India Ex servicemen Welfare Association J&K said that the best way to stay away from the disease is to create awareness about it.
Col Ravi Dhar, Cordinator, Shri Mata ji Nirmala Devi Sahaja Yoga Trust Jammu said that he would always ready to help anyone in need, whenever and wherever required.
Parneesh Mahajan Organisor /Chairman Mount Litera Zee School Bohri felt grateful for getting associated with Global Helping Hand.
J K Raina Reshi, President, Global Helping Hand thanked Anil Bhat (PTI) for sparing time out of his busy schedules for launching such an important and precious mission.
On the occasion, Muskan Addl. Gen. Secretary GHH appealed general public to respond to signals received by our body regarding any abnormality.
Prominent personalities who were part of the mission included Vimrashi Kaul, S L Pandita, Bulbul Bhan, Sheetal Kaul, Muktesh Yogi, Radhika Dutt and Shikha Jalla.
