Dear Editor,
Proper training and implementation of the GST will take at least two years. The role and powers of the state and Central authorities have to be clearly defined and the Constitution has to be amended accordingly. The real challenge will start when teh GST reaches the implementation stage. It has seen the light of day after much squabbling and delay. Let us help in making it a success instead of criticising it.
