UDHAMPUR: A girl attempted suicide by consuming poisonous substance in her house at Ramnagar on intervening night of 12th-13th May.
According to a report, 21 years Preeti Kumari daughter of Shotu Ram resident of Ramnagar took some poisonous substance in her house to end her life. On seeing the victim in unconscious, her family members shifted her to SDH Ramnagar but being serious she was shifted to District Hospital Udhampur. Doctors on seeing him critical further referred her to GMC Hospital Jammu. Ramnagar Police has registered a case and launched the investigation.
