GHSS Jhiri students protest against school admn

JAMMU: Students of Government Higher Secondary School (GHSS) Jhiri held a protest against the faulty result of class XI declared by the school.
The protest was held under the banner of Jammu Justice Secular Forum (JJSF) and was led by Vikram Singh Chib, Working President JJSF.
Alleging, foul play by the faculty and administration, Vikram said that the Class XI result that was declared recently contained several lacunae. He said that trend of the result raises doubt about large scale favouritism and prejudice. The students who refused to agree on accomplishing petty jobs have been penalised by diminishing their grades.
Sahil Jamwal, JJSF President Jammu province said that there are number of students who achieved distinctions in the Secondary School exams but were declared unsuccessful in Class XI. He alleged the Class XI result seems to be shady and lopsided.
Vikram warned the concerned authorities to take cognizance and save the career of the innocent students otherwise JJSF will be forced to lodge an agitation against the school authorities.
