BJP to undertake ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign on mass level

JAMMU: Ravinder Raina, President of J&K BJP, on Tuesday chaired a series of crucial meetings with senior party leaders at the party headquarters in Trikuta Nagar, Jammu, to strategize for the upcoming Assembly elections.
The meetings, attended by General Secretary (Organization) Ashok Koul, General Secretaries Sunil Sharma and Dr. Devinder Kumar Manyal, DDC Chairperson Bharat Bhushan, and senior leader Munish Sharma, focused on bolstering party preparations and energizing the cadre.
During his address, Raina congratulated the BJP workers from RS Pura and surrounding areas for their massive rally on August 5, marking the anniversary of the abrogation of Article 370.
He highlighted the transformative impact of Prime Minister Modi’s leadership on Jammu & Kashmir, emphasizing advancements in development, infrastructure, and socio-economic progress.
Raina praised the Modi government for delivering justice to various societal segments, including WPRs, PoJK Displaced, Gujjar-Bakerwals, Valmikis, women, and youth, and expressed confidence that voters will support BJP in the forthcoming elections.
Raina urged party leaders to actively participate in flag-hoisting events and ceremonies organized by the administration, as well as to mobilize the public for these programs. He also encouraged the promotion of ‘Selfie with the Tiranga’ to foster patriotism.
The meeting saw the announcement of Assembly Election Incharges for various constituencies. Raina emphasized the need for booth-level worker activation and local engagement. Ashok Koul detailed upcoming party programs, including the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ Abhiyan, aiming to hoist the national flag on every rooftop. A state-level committee, led by Munish Sharma, Veenu Khanna, Ankit Gupta, Reem Padha, and Mudassir Wani, will oversee these initiatives, including Assembly-wise Tiranga Rallies and commemorative events.
Munish Sharma elaborated on the strategic roadmap for the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ Abhiyan, ensuring that the campaign will resonate at the grassroots level.
