GDC Samba holds slogan writing contest

SAMBA: NSS unit and Literary Committee of the Govt. Degree College, Samba organised a slogan writing competition on topic ‘My Vision: Corruption Free India’.
About 11 NSS volunteers participated in the competition and wrote healthy slogans to curb corruption. Harnam Ramotra stood first in competition, Ankita Sambyal stood second whereas for third position, there was a tie between Kumari Kasu Pandey and Sahil Sharma.
Dr. M.S. Pathania, Prof. Rajesh Gupta and Prof. Surbhi Gupta were the judges of the event. Incharge Principal Dr. Ashok Kumar Bhagat in his message lauded the role of NSS volunteers for spreading awareness among masses on different issues.
Senior faculty members Dr. Dalbir Singh and Dr. Ranvijay were also present during the occasion. The programme was organised by Dr. Rawan Kumar, NSS PO of the college and Prof. Renu Rajput, Convenor Literary Committee of College.
