NOWSHERA: Department of Sanskrit, Government Degree College Nowshera organized online Inter Collegiate quiz competition on “Sanskrit Sahitya” on Wednesday in which a large number of students from various colleges of UT of J&K participated.
The aim of the event was to inculcate the knowledge about Sanskrit Sahitya among the students. The first prize was clinched by Nittin Kumar of GDC Nowshera while the second prize was shared by Nasreen Akhter of GDC Nowshera and Isha Devi of GWC Parade Jammu and third prize was begged by Nikita Sharma of GWC Parade Jammu. The event was organized by Dr. Gourav Sharma, HOD, Department of Sanskrit under the overall supervision and able guidance of Dr. Surinder Kumar, Principal GDC Nowshera.
