AKHNOOR: As part of an awareness program against AIDS, Red Ribbon Club of GDC Akhnoor organised a poster making competition in collaboration with J&K State AIDS Control Society, Deptt of H and ME.
The theme of the competition was ‘Right to Health’ and My Health, My Right. In all 15 students of the college participated in the competition.
The Chief Guest of the function was Prof Kuldeep Raj Sharma, Principal, GDC Akhnoor and the competition was adjudged by Dr. Chander Shekhar, Dr. Anshu Sawhney and Prof. Sanjay Samyal. Sakshi, Aman Sharma and Rewa Kumari stood first, second and third respectively. Harshita Sharma got consolation prize. The programme was organised by RED RIBBON CLUB; Prof Rewa Lakhanotra (Convenor), Prof D.N. Sharma.
