JAMMU: Government College for Women (GCW) Parade took away the championship trophy securing highest 212 points in inter-college Archery tournament held on the campus grounds, here today.
Second place went to GCW Gandhi Nagar with 205 points earned out of the team and individual competition.
The Results: Individual Event: 30 meters: Jayshree, GCW Parade, Ist; Kaniz Fatima, GCW Parade, 2nd and Javed Akhter, GCW Udhampur, 3rd.
Team Event: 30 meters: GCW Parade (Jayshree, Kaniz Fatima, Shrifal Raina), Ist; GCW Gandhi Nagar (Ritika Ekta Charak, Skalzang Dolma, Ekta Charak and Mamta Thakur), 2nd and GCW Udhampur (Kajal, Madhubala, Javed Akhter and Pooja Thakur), 3rd.
