Gandhi Nagar dacoity case: Court sent five accused to police custody till Dec 19

JAMMU: In a much publicized broad day light dacoity at the house of one Rakesh Agarwal, alias Kesha Bania in Gandhi Nagar area last week, the Chief Judicial Magistrate Jammu sent all the accused namely Amit Rana alias Harpreet Singh son of Paramajeet Singh, resident of Hanuman Road Connaught Place, New Delhi, presently putting up at Digiana; Manjeet Singh, son of Surinder Singh, resident of Ralhan Dasuya in Hoshiarpur; Harjinder Singh, son of Jasvir Singh, resident of of Badayana, Adampur in Jalandhar, Raja Singh alias Raja son of Gurdev Singh of Panwah Dasuya, Hoshiarpur and Pinto Singh son of Krishan Lal of Abohar, Punjab to police remand till December 19, 2022. Police produced accused before the Court and court after perusal of the CD file, granted police remand till December 19, 2022.
