R S PURA: MLA R S Pura and Political Advisor to the State BJP President Dr. Gagan Bhagat along with Director ULB Soujanya Sharma, Director Floriculture K.K Sharma, along with BJP workers on Friday inaugurated Kids Play Station at R S Pura Gandhi Park. Hundreds of children were seen enjoying the slides, swings and a lovely atmosphere was witnessed at R S Pura.
While speaking on the occasion Dr.Gagan Bhagat said that every section of the society has different needs and during his election campaign at R S Pura some children demanded slides and swings at R S Pura as they have seen in Gandhinagar. He also appreciated the efforts of the Director Local Bodies Soujanya Sharma and Director Floriculture K.K Sharma ,Executive Officer R.S Pura Municipal Committee and the MD of the company which have installed those slides and swings at the local Tehsil Park. The work that has been inaugurated is estimated for about Rs 8 lakh, and this is the first phase of the special project for kids in the town where there are parks.
Dr.Gagan Bhagat also said that soon there will a ultramodern shopping complex at the local bus stand here and a large waiting hall with all the modern facilities for the passengers who have to wait in open for their buses, a library with separate reading rooms for male and females will also be started soon at R S Pura, so that the knowledge reaches to all through the books and the literature.
In yet another function at the Govt. Degree College, Dr.Gagan Bhagat inaugurated National Skill Development Councils initiative Udaan for the students of the GDC R S Pura, along with the Principal GDC R S Pura Dr. Savitri Sharma, and Coordinator of National Skill Development Council Komal Koul and other dignitaries.
While speaking on the occasion Dr.Gagan Bhagat appreciated the NSDC for its initiative at R S Pura and the fourteen business groups and houses which came at the in campus and said that it is a very good opportunity especially for the students who want to excel and pursue higher studies further adding that the training and lodging will be provided by these groups and after that suitable placement will also be done. Prominent among those who accompanied the legislator include Brijesh Rana, Natharam, Omparkash,Inder Sudan, Gurdeep Saini, Om Prakash Advani, Balakram, Manmohan, Rakesh Kumar and Sarpanch Vinod.
