SRINAGAR: Four persons were injured in two separate road accidents. In Srinagar, an Oil Tanker bearing registration number JK02BJ-6847 hit and injured a pedestrian namely Dawlat Singh, resident of Jammu, at Sempora. The injured was shifted to Bone and Joints Hospital, Srinagar for treatment. In Kupwara, a Swift car bearing registration number JK09-7343 hit and injured three pedestrians namely Rizwan Ahmad Akhoon, resident of Drugmulla, Illyas Ahmad Sheikh, resident of Shumnag and Firdousa, resident of Halmatpora, Kupwara at main market Kupwara.
All the injured persons were shifted to Kupwara Hospital for treatment, wherefrom one of the injured Illyas Ahmad Sheikh was shifted to SMHS Hospital, Srinagar for further treatment. Police have registered both cases in respective police stations.
