Four Govt employees suspended for playing truancy

Bhadarwah: Cracking a whip against unprofessional attitude of the government employees, District Development Commissioner (DDC ) Doda on Wednesday ordered suspension of four employees of Chief Education Office, including one senior assistant,CA, Auditor, and DEO for remaining absent from their office duty hours in Doda.
During the inspection, DDC Doda found 4 Employes of Chief Education Office (CEO) Doda absent from their duties without prior permission.
The DDC immediately placed all absentee employees under suspension till pending enquiry and recommended their names to higher authorities for desired action.
Taking serious note of matter, the DDC has initiated an enquiry and also sought explanation from all the absentees.
” Neither the leave application sanctioned by competent Authority was found available at the time of inspection nor the where about of these officials were known,” said DDC Doda Bhupinder Kumar.
” In view of the of the unauthorized absence from duty during office hours, four officials have been placed under suspension till pending enquiry, with immediate effect,” Officer added.
The employees who were suspended under order number DDC/Edu-Compl/16-17/3964-67 include Farooq Ahmed Senior Assistant, Anu Manhas CA, K D Shah Auditor and Lalit Kumar DEO.
