Pankaj Kapur’s Mausam (2011)starring son Shahid Kapoor and Khoobsurat actor Sonam Kapoor may not have earned many brownie points at the box office, but the director remains unfazed by the same and is all set to take on a new venture soon.“I am planning to direct soon, but not in the immediate future,” he informed a popular daily. Talking further about his plans, the Finding Fanny star told the daily, “ I have a few scripts with me right now, and I’m working on another one as we speak.”
When asked about whether he would be seen doing gigs on television anytime soon by the daily, Pankaj Kapur said, “The last job I had on TV was Office Office. I really don’t know if I will be able to come back as an actor. However, if something interesting does come up, and if it requires limited working hours, and is shot back in advance so that creativity doesn’t get compromised, then I would take it up. But in the meantime, I would rather stick to films.”
