Finance Deptt mourns demise of CAO, Namisha Dogra

JAMMU: The Finance Department and JAKFAS on Monday convened a condolence meeting to mourn the tragic and untimely demise of Namisha Dogra, Chief Accounts Officer, JMRDA.
Director General, Accounts and Treasuries, Fayaz Ahmad Lone, expressed deepest shock and sorrow over the demise of CAO, Namisha. He extended his heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved family during these difficult times, offering support and strength in their hour of grief. He assured them that the entire department stands in solidarity with them, providing strength and comfort as they cope with this tragic loss.
Director General, Codes, Mahesh Das; Director General, Budget, Mohammad Sultan Malik and other senior officers, who also attended the condolence meeting, conveyed their condolences to the bereaved family and prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul. They remembered Namisha as a passionate officer, acknowledging her professionalism, warmth and commitment towards her duties.
President JAKFAS, Rashim Deepika, offered heartfelt condolences with the bereaved family, appreciating Namisha for her dedication, integrity and outstanding work throughout her career. She shared that Namisha following her ill health was shifted to Medanta hospital, where she unfortunately succumbed to her ailment on Saturday. Her untimely departure has left a void in the hearts of all who knew her.
Further, Chief Accounts officer, Iram Nazir, Srinagar Metropolitan Region Development Authority (SMRDA), who attended the meeting virtually, also spoke in remembrance of Namisha. She shared cherished memories of working alongside her in the same department and fondly remembered Namisha as a dedicated and hardworking colleague who always went above and beyond in her professional role.
The condolence gathering included JAKFAS Executive Body members including VP (K) Rafiq Shah, VP (J) Rahul Mahajan and Director Finance(s), Joint Director(s), FA/CAOs, Deputy Directors, CAOs and Accounts officers, who came together to honor her memory and offering prayers for the departed soul.
Director Accounts and Treasuries, Kashmir, Shaheeh Mohd Ashraf and several other officers attended the condolence meeting virtually from Srinagar.
