FFA pays tributes to Abdul Darji, Maqbool Sherwani

JAMMU: The J and K Freedom Fighters Association held a function at Bal Niketan, Ved Mandir, Amphalla to remember Master Abdul Darji and Maqbool Sherwani, who sacrificed lives while saving the life of thousands of Kashmiris in 1947 aggression of the Kabalis and Pakistani intruders.
The function was organised on Saturday by the President of the Association Ved Gandotra.
The members paid tributes to the martyrs and asked the separatists of the Kashmir Valley, to feel ashamed and follow right path shown by the Martyrs Master Abdul Aziz Darji and Maqbool Sherwani, who laid their lives while saving the lives of fellow citizens and for the freedom of the mother land.
They advised them to follow the path of non-violence shown by the Mahatma Gandhi and work with zeal to safe guard the lives of fellow citizen from the brutal guns of the terrorists and live with peace and prosperity.
The prominent persons who attended the function were B.L Gupta, Tej Ram Dogra, Jagjit Singh, Chander Shekhar, Brij Mehra, Sudesh Pal, Satish Mittal, Bal Krishan Gupta, Dr Goutam Mengi and Des Raj Verma.
