Fencer Vansh leaves for Junior National C’ship

JAMMU: Principal Government Polytechnic Jammu, Ritu Jamwal congratulated National Medalist Fencer Vansh Mahajan, student of Civil Engineering of Government Polytechnic Jammu who left on Saturday for Junior National Fencing Championship to be held from 7th to 10th January 2016 at Chhattisgarh.
Ritu Jamwal said Vansh had represented India in Junior Cadet Commonwealth Fencing Championship at Cape Town South Africa.
A discipline student and budding star of fencing game of Jammu he had also been selected during the 11th Cadet National Fencing Championship wherein he got third position, she disclosed.
Ritu, K.S Bhatia, Sports Secretary, Inderjeet Singh, Manjeet Singh, Joginder Sharma PEM and staff congratulated Vansh and hoped he would bring laurel for the State.
