NOWSHERA : The rain, a God’s blessing, is anxiously awaited by the farmers these days as the Rabi crop particularly the wheat and vegetables in the hilly and un-irrigated areas is getting damaged.
A local farmer said that the wheat crop sown in the Kandi areas has not received any rain for the last more than two months due to which it is not getting proper growth. In case it does not rain soon , the farmers who suffered during last Kharif crop due to heavy rains and floods, will suffer now due to draught.
