JAMMU: The government on Tuesday re-constituted Executive Committee of J&K Skill Development Mission (J&KSDM)
The Government Order No: 987-JK (GAD) of 2020 2020 reads as “In partial modification of Government Order No. 159-GAD of 2017 dated February 9., 2017, it is hereby ordered that the Executive Committee of the J&K Skill Development Mission shall comprise of Administrative Secretary, Skill Development Department- Chairperson; Director, Skill Development Department- Member; Mission Director, J&K, Skill Development Mission- Member Secretary; Representative of Finance Department (not below the rank of Additional/Deputy Secretary)-Member; Representative of Labour and Employment Department (not below the rank of Additional /Deputy Secretary)- Member; Representative of Industries and Commerce Department (not below the rank of Additional/Deputy Secretary).-Member; Representative of School Education Department (not below the rank of Additional/Deputy Secretary)-Member and Representative of Youth Services & Sports Department (not below the rank of Additional/Deputy Secretary)- Member.
The terms of reference of the committee shall however remain the same as contained in the Government Order No. 159-GAD of 2017 dated February 9, 2017.
