Second team of EPFO comprising Sr. Social Security Assistants, Data processing Assistants, Accounts Officers have completed one year in EPFO Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh and has done commendable job by doing record number of case settlements.
P F Commissioner Rizwan Uddin while talking to STATE TIMES shared, “I had also joined in July, 2021, and I express my satisfaction over the works done so far. He specially appreciated the work of front runners, the employees who took the lead and volunteered to process claims in flexi timings, to capitalize on the computer systems’ speed. Contribution of Social Security Assistants, Sanjeev kumar who start work early in the morning and process more than four hundred claims in the morning shift, thereby managing their workload effectively, was highly appreciated. Sanjeev had made 828 claims on 30 July and in three days Sanjeev has settled total 1907 cases which is a record in itself. This strengthen the bond of government agencies and stakeholders.
PF Commissioner appreciated Sanjeev Kumar for setting example by achieving benchmarks in terms of claim settlement. He further shared that to overcome these challenges and work pressure, EPFO Jammu function from 6:45 AM to 9:30 PM in different shifts. The employees who have volunteered to work in challenging scenario by adjusting and adopting the circumstance and committed themselves to the greater cause by extending timely service to stakeholders. Moreover, PF Commissioner said that the dept is running a Whatsapp number 6006567049 on which people can send their grievances and complaints.
While sharing his tips for a happy life, Rizwan Uddin said, “It’s important to live happy and for a happy life we do not need fancy items, or luxury things, we just need satisfaction and we need to love the work we do.” To be stress free and fit, Rizwan use to pen down little experiences and is very fond of writings. I believe we all can lead a happy life if we focus on health, happiness and contribute towards environment. We must love what we do and we need to enjoy our work.”
PF Commissioner further added that I am a cyclist and I love cycling. It was surprising that PF Commissioner ride cycle to reach STATE TIMES office and he covered the distance of 8 kms in just 30 mins. He added that cycling is a good exercise which make you fit and is good for overall body movement. In his message for youth, he said, “Stay fit, exercise daily, be happy and love your work.”
